Quarterly Sessions

Full-day sessions every 90 days. Review Rock completion, solve issues using IDS, set next quarter's priorities.

How long does EOS implementation take?

Full implementation typically takes 2-3 years. You'll see improvements quickly, but mastering the system and building a truly self-managing company takes time and discipline.
